Warranty / Return Policy
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a limited one year warranty on material and workmanship. This does not cover failures caused by commercial, misuse, or improper handling.What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to our confidence in the boots. If there is a defect in the workmanship or material, we will replace them at a reduced cost, provided that you return the defective boots. Customer is responsible for all shipping.
Shipping / Distributors
When will they ship?
Boots will typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Can I buy them in a retail store?
Mudders are not currently sold in retail stores.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, the customer is directly responsible for shipping cost. Must use UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL for shipping. Please email us at for more information. We have distributors in other countries, so depending on your location, it might be better for you to go through them.

Will they...?
Will they fit me?
Our boots are one size fits most. They are designed to work with men's shoe sizes 5-13. Just slip them on, and tighten the buckles around your shoe.
Will Mudders work in marshlands / swamps / wading, etc...?
Yes! Mudders were specifically designed for those types of areas in mind. They will work underwater as you're wading.

Do you offer military discounts?

Do you offer refurbished boots at a discounted price?
Due to our return policy, we do not carry refurbished boots. The only boots that are returned to us are for a warranty defect.
Do you offer a discounted price for one boot
If you lost your boot, or need one replaced, please reach out to us for a discounted price on one boot.
